How do I burn candles safely?

  1. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep lit candle in sight at all times!
  2. Never burn a candle on or near anything that might catch fire, like loose papers, fabric, bedding, books, drapes, decorations, etc. Play it safe and give your candle nice clear area to sit on.
  3. Keep lit candles away from drafts--open windows, air conditioners, vents, fans, etc.
  4. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.
  5. Extinguish the flame if it becomes too high or flickers repeatedly. Trim the wick and check for drafts before re-lighting.

Are scented candles safe?

  1. Consumers can be assured that well-made, properly burning candles, whether scented or unscented, will burn cleanly and safely.
  2. Although there are no known health hazards associated with using scented candles, the media is still rife with unfounded concerns about the safety of artificial fragrances versus "natural" fragrance materials and essential oils.
  3. Keep lit candles away from drafts--open windows, air conditioners, vents, fans, etc.
  4. Fragrances approved for use in candles - whether synthetic or "natural" - do not release toxic chemicals.

Why don't add more essential oils?

  1. There is an upper limit on the amount of essential oils in candles.
  2. Too much essential oil may cause the scented candle to burn incompletely and cause discomfort to some people with sensitive constitutions, so the essential oils in our scented candles are kept at an appropriate amount.

When can I receive the goods?

  1. Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  2. After shipment, you will immediately receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number.
  3. We generally choose the faster way to ship international parcels. The specific time can be checked by the logistics tracking number.

What is your return policy?

  1. All returns must be processed within 20 days of receiving the order.
  2. Please email byronyang1982@gmail.com and provide your order number (which can be found in the order confirmation email) so that we can verify and process your issue and coordinate your return or exchange.
